Marketing Services definition

Marketing Services means the marketing services to be provided by the Contractor in connection with the Program as provided in Section 7 of this Exhibit E.
Marketing Services has the meaning set out in clause 11.5.1.

Examples of Marketing Services in a sentence

  • Fees for each Campaign or any Digital Marketing Services (as defined in Section 6, below) purchased by Advertiser hereunder will be calculated based on Station’s standard rate card, or such other rate agreed to by Advertiser and Station from time to time.

  • To the extent Digital Marketing Services are sold by Station hereunder but fulfilled by TMS, Station will be responsible for ensuring TMS’s performance of the Digital Marketing Services and Advertiser will look solely to Station, and not to TMS, for any claims arising out of the performance of such Digital Marketing Services.

  • Advertiser may, from time to time, provide Station with advertising materials, including, without limitation, text, keywords, data, video, audio, images, illustrations, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, “Advertiser Content”) for use in connection with Station’s creation and distribution of the Campaigns purchased hereunder and/or the performance of Digital Marketing Services.

  • In connection with the Digital Marketing Services, TMS, acting through Station, may create and provide to Advertiser the final versions of Deliverables described in each applicable Confirmation (e.g., advertisements, keywords, business listings, email content, social media posts, websites, etc.).

  • Advertiser may not, without Station’s prior written approval in each instance, (i) authorize the reproduction or use of any such Deliverables in any medium, (ii) use the Deliverables developed in connection with the Digital Marketing Services in any format other than the format provided by Station and/or TMS; or (iii) alter or modify any such Deliverables.


More Definitions of Marketing Services

Marketing Services has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 6. Material Default a: (i) material breach of this Framework Agreement, including (in the case of the Supplier) a breach by the Supplier which materially and adversely impacts on its ability to perform its obligations under this Framework Agreement; (ii) any breach of one or more of the following Clauses: Clause 12 (Warranties and Representations), Clause 22 (Statutory Requirements and Standards); Clause 28 (Corrupt Gifts and Payment of Commission); or Clause 24 (Non-Discrimination); or (iii) a Persistent Breach.
Marketing Services means those marketing services provided by Distributor to COREL as set forth in this Agreement and Schedule "J" attached hereto.
Marketing Services means market analysis, competitive analysis, product support plans, future product plans, marketing plans, assistance with business plans, sales plans and transition plans to move the Legacy Country sales from Navistar to the Company.
Marketing Services means all services performed by Marketing Agency pursuant to this Agreement, which shall include advertising, marketing, media buying, public relations, design, development, delivery and implementation of any website and provision of the other deliverables.
Marketing Services means the solicitation of consumers to attend a tour, sales presentation, sales pitch or any offering for sale or selling of Travel Club Memberships, including Off Premise Canvassing or “OPC” activities.
Marketing Services means the provision of three ambassadors, each for a period of twenty-four hours for each week during the term of this Agreement who shall provide customer assistance and orientation subject to the management, direction and control of PNGI.
Marketing Services shall also include, subject to such limitations as the Company may from time to time deem appropriate, seeking approval on behalf of the Company by appropriate insurance departments, wherever required, of appointments of Prospective Agents.
