Marketing Carrier definition

Marketing Carrier means the carrier that sells flights under its code.
Marketing Carrier means the carrier that sells a flight under its code.
Marketing Carrier means the air carrier whose Code is shown in the Carrier Code Box of a flight coupon for a Codeshared Flight but which is not the Operating Carrier.

  • Such insurance shall name the marketing Carrier for its respective rights and interests and the Operating Carrier shall prior to commencement of any operations contemplated under this Agreement furnish the Marketing Carrier with a certificate of insurance providing evidence that such insurance is in force and effect.

  • For clarification purposes, the Marketing Carrier may not place any such signage on the property of the Operating Carrier without the Operating Carrier’s and, as applicable, the relevant airport authority’s or other lessors’ prior consent, which consent may be withheld at the respective consenting party’s sole discretion.

  • The Parties agree that the number of Codeshared Passenger complaints received by the Marketing Carrier regarding the Codeshared Flights will be measured twice a year by the Marketing Carrier as a ratio of Codeshared Passenger complaints per one thousand (1,000) passengers boarded.

  • If the affected Codeshared Flights are not brought back into compliance with this Annex C within ninety (90) days following the removal of the Marketing Carrier’s Code from the affected Codeshared Flight(s), the Marketing Carrier, at its discretion, will be entitled to terminate the Agreement in its entirety or with respect to the affected Codeshared Flight(s) pursuant to Section 16.2(g).


More Definitions of Marketing Carrier

Marketing Carrier means PAL Airlines that sells flights under its code.
Marketing Carrier or “Contracting Carrier” means a carrier that sells seats using its own airline code for a flight that another carrier operates (the operating or actual carrier);
Marketing Carrier means the airline whose airline code or number (e.g. “QF” for Qantas) is recorded on the ticket; “Member” means a person who is a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer;
Marketing Carrier means the party whose Code is shown in the carrier code box of a flight coupon for a Codeshare Flight but which is not the Operating Carrier.
Marketing Carrier means an air carrier implementing promotion and realization of air carriages on the flight of joint operation under the Code Share Agreement, acting under its own IАТА code but not having an operational control of the aircraft used for the flight of joint operation and which code is specified in the designation of the flight of joint operation.
Marketing Carrier means the carrier whose airline designator code is recorded on flight coupons or value coupons of electronic tickets as the transportation carrier. In case of a bilateral agreement (e.g. an airline code sharing agreement), the marketing carrier and the operating carrier may not be the same.
Marketing Carrier means the Carrier that markets and sells the seats and places its Code on the flight operated by the Operating Carrier.
