Related to Marketing Assets

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Regulatory assets means the unamortized net regulatory assets that are capitalized or deferred on the regulatory books of the electric utility, pursuant to an order or practice of the public utilities commission or pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles as a result of a prior commission rate-making decision, and that would otherwise have been charged to expense as incurred or would not have been capitalized or otherwise deferred for future regulatory consideration absent commission action. Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that have been recycled or reclaimed are referred to as "recycled" timber, which is defined below. Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that are not recycled are referred to as "virgin" timber when the distinction needs to be made for clarity. Short-rotation coppice is exempt from the requirements for timber and wood-derived products and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry.

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • Acquisition Assets With respect to an Acquisition, the aggregate net assets as of the effective date of such Acquisition of all Acquired Funds.

  • Designated Assets means any property or assets (including Capital Stock of any Subsidiary) of Holdings, the Restricted Parent, the Issuer and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries constituting a business, a line or unit of a business or used in operating a business substantially as an entirety.

  • Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.

  • Transferred Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Divestiture Assets means all of Defendants’ rights, titles, and interests in and to:

  • food business operator means the natural or legal persons responsible for ensuring that the requirements of food law are met within the food business under their control;

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Included Assets has the meaning in Section 5.1(d)(ii)(A).

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:
