MARKETING AND SALES. PLAN shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.4.1.
MARKETING AND SALES means, with respect to a therapeutic product (including a Licensed Product), the conduct of any and all marketing and sales related processes and activities necessary or customary in the biopharmaceutical and/or cell therapy industry in the applicable jurisdiction where such activity is being or to be conducted to establish and maintain sales for such therapeutic product (including with respect to reimbursement and patient access), including
MARKETING AND SALES means the services provided by the Broker to identify and solicit users of the Products and the coordination of the sale of these Products.
