Marketing Agent Agreement definition

Marketing Agent Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Marketing Agent Agreement means the agreement dated 22 January 2020 between the Manager and the Marketing Agent as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, pursuant to which the latter acts as marketing agent of the ICAV;
Marketing Agent Agreement means in the form as attached to this Contract as Annex F, pursuant to which Marketing Agent will be bound to the terms of this Contract and accepts its rights and obligations as described or referred to herein.

  • Auction Agency Agreement means the agreement between the Fund and the Auction Agent which provides, among other things, that the Auction Agent will follow the Auction Procedures for purposes of determining the Applicable Rate for shares of a series of MuniPreferred so long as the Applicable Rate for shares of such series is to be based on the results of an Auction.

  • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Co-Documentation Agents as defined in the preamble hereto.
