Marketable Parcel definition

Marketable Parcel means a number of Shares equal to a marketable parcel as defined in the Listing Rules, calculated on the day before the Company gives notice under clause 14.2;

Examples of Marketable Parcel in a sentence

  • If a CUFS Holder’s holding becomes a Marketable Parcel after notice is given but before the Securities are sold, the Directors may decide that Articles 83 to 95 no longer applies to that holding.

  • Options may be exercised in one or more parcels of any size, provided that the number of Shares issued upon exercise of the number of Options in any parcel is not less than a Marketable Parcel.

  • To invoke the Procedure, the Directors must give each Member (or each Member whose Shares are not held in a CHESS Holding) who holds less than a Marketable Parcel of Shares ( Eligible Member) written notice (Notice of Divestiture) that complies with this clause 11.


More Definitions of Marketable Parcel

Marketable Parcel means, depending on the context, a Marketable FT Parcel or a Marketable IT Parcel. Where the term 'Marketable Parcel' is used in relation to an Other User, it has a corresponding meaning;
