Market Transaction definition

Market Transaction means a delivery of Energy or provision of Ancillary Services from a Unit pursuant to a Direct Contract or bids into markets run by the, CAISO or any similar entity.
Market Transaction means a transaction for one or more Products, entered into on a Trading Platform or reported to the Market Operator under the Market Operating Rules.
Market Transaction means any transaction effected on an exchange or in the over-the-counter market (as such terms are used in Section 4(4) of the Securities Act), on an "alternative trading system" (as defined in Regulation ATS) or directly with a "market maker" (as defined in Section 3(a)(38) of the Exchange Act).

Market Transaction means a currency swap transaction or an interest rate swap transaction entered into by the Bank with a Market Counterparty or an interest rate cap or interest rate collar purchased by the Bank from a Market Counterparty, each in accordance with these Hedging Guidelines as of the Execution Date, to effect a Swap Transaction (as defined below).
