Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

VNXX Traffic is all traffic originated by a Party’s End User Customer and dialed with a local dialing pattern that is not terminated to the other Party’s End User Customer physically located within the same CenturyLink Local Calling Area (as approved by the state Commission) as the originating caller, regardless of the NPA-NXX dialed.
