Market Shares definition

Market Shares means shares purchased by a Person through open-market purchases, other than those shares purchased to prevent dilution in accordance with Article X of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation.
Market Shares means Common Stock purchased by a Person through an Open-Market Trade.
Market Shares shall be any Additional Shares sold at an Additional Market Price that is less than the First Market Price.

  • If you fail to make a timely election your Award will be invested 100% into Money Market Shares, unless the Committee determines otherwise, in its sole discretion.

  • To the extent that any portion of your Award is not vested as of, or in connection with, your Termination of Employment, the Holding Units and Money Market Shares comprising the unvested portion of your Award shall be forfeited.
