Market Settlement Charges means all market settlement amounts and charges described in Chapter 9 of the IESO Market Rules.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Gross Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus all interest earned thereon.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) Court-awarded attorneys’ fees and expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) Taxes; and (iv) any other fees or expenses approved by the Court.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.   • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • Settlement Cycle means the period of Clearance System Business Days following a transaction on the Relevant Exchange in the Underlying, during which period settlement will customarily take place according to the rules of such Relevant Exchange.

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means, with respect to a Security that is tendered for conversion in accordance with this Article X, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on, and includes, the third (3rd) Trading Day after the Conversion Date for such Security; provided, however, that if such Conversion Date is on or after the twenty third (23rd) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date, then the Cash Settlement Averaging Period with respect to such conversion shall be the twenty (20) consecutive Trading-Day period that begins on and includes the twentieth (20th) scheduled Trading Day prior to the Maturity Date.
