Issuer Limited Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not an Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus.
430C Information means information included in a prospectus then deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430C.
Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.
Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established pursuant to NI 44-102;
Rule 430B Information means the information included in any preliminary prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of the foregoing that was omitted from the Registration Statement at the time it first became effective but is deemed to be part of and included in the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430B.
Rule 144A Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold in the United States to QIBs in reliance on Rule 144A;
Issuer Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.
CRD IV means, as the context requires, any or any combination of the CRD IV Directive, the CRR and any CRD IV Implementing Measures;

Securities Lending Agreement means an agreement under which a local agency agrees to transfer securities to a borrower who, in turn, agrees to provide collateral to the local agency. During the term of the agreement, both the securities and the collateral are held by a third party.
