Market Linked Investment definition

Market Linked Investment means the structured product investment subscribed to by me, with a derivative or option linked to the Reference Asset stated in the Subscription Form, the Product Highlights Sheet and the Product Term Sheet.
Market Linked Investment or ”MLI” means the agreement under which the Investor agrees to purchase the Delivery Parcel from the Issuer on a deferred basis on the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and the PDS including the Term Sheet;

  • B.8 Market Linked Investment InformationFrom time to time LSS may offer market linked products.

  • Clients who invest for the first time into Unit Trust, Private Retirement Schemes, Market Linked Investment and/or Retail Bond respectively with and/or through Citibank and invests RM35,000 or more in a single day in any one of those products during the Promotional Period provided that if the total amount of investment for the single day exceeds Tier 1 investment amounts, then the Client will only be entitled to the gift in the respective investment tiers and will not be entitled to the Tier 1 gift.

  • To be eligible for the gifts in Table 1 above, Clients will be able to combine the total investment amount for Unit Trust, Private Retirement Schemes, Market Linked Investment and/or Retail Bond (excluding Dual Currency Investment) in a single day, during the Promotional Period to determine the respective investment tier gifts that they can be entitled to and provided the conditions set above are fulfilled.

  • For clarity, Investment products include Retail Bond, *Unit Trust (inclusive of Private Retirement Scheme), Dual Currency account and Market Linked Investment products.

  • The Clients need to invest a minimum of RM35,000/- into Unit Trust, Private Retirement Schemes, Market Linked Investment and/or Retail Bond respectively with and/or through Citibank and invest in Dual Currency Account (DCA) for the first time, with an investment of RM200,000 or more in DCA in a single day during the Promotional Period.

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Specified Investments means (a) direct obligations of the United States of America or obligations fully guaranteed by the United States of America; (b) commercial paper rated A-1/P-1 by S&P and Moody's, respectively or, if such ratings are unavailable, rated by any nationally recognized rating organization in the United States equal to the highest rating assigned by such rating organization; (c) investments in negotiable certificates of deposit, time deposits, banker's acceptances, commercial paper or other direct obligations of, or obligations guaranteed by, commercial banks organized under the laws of the United States or of any political subdivision thereof (or any U.S. branch of a foreign bank) with issuer ratings of at least B/C by Thomson Bankwatch, having maturities no later than 90 days following the date of such investment; (d) overnight federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by federal funds brokers; or (e) overnight repurchase agreements with respect to the securities described in clause (a) above entered into with an office of a bank or trust company which is located in the United States of America or any bank or trust company which is organized under the laws of the United States or any state thereof and has capital, surplus and undivided profits aggregating at least $500 million.   • Restricted Investment means an Investment other than a Permitted Investment.

  • Qualified Investments means any and all securities, obligations or accounts in which municipalities may invest their funds under applicable Maine law.
