Market Areas definition

Market Areas means the geographic regions shown on the Market Area map and the accompanying descriptions and listing of delivery points within each such geographic region, as published on Transporter's EBB, as they each may be changed from time to time.
Market Areas means those areas set out in Attachment B to this Agreement. Employee acknowledges that this Agreement is reasonable based upon Employee's position with Employer, is not an unreasonable restraint, and will not affect Employee from being employed in a job of equivalent pay and benefits.
Market Areas means the areas established pursuant to Objective FLU 8.1 of the Comprehensive Plan (presently shown on FLU Maps 2-17, 2-18, 2-19, 2-20, and 2-21).

Market Areas is defined as the states in which Finance currently does business in and any other states that Finance enters prior to the termination of Employee's employment. Currently, Finance does business in the following states: Arizona California Colorado Florida Georgia Hawaii Indiana Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Maine Mississippi North Carolina Oklahoma South Carolina Texas Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx
Market Areas means those cities, municipalities, counties, villages or other jurisdictional regions approved by TrustedStays for PMC to list Eligible Properties on the TrustedStays Platform.

  • Market Area means: (1) New York County, New York, and (3) any geographic area in which the Company is conducting any material amount publishing or development of technology during the Term, and for which he has material responsibilities or about which he has material Confidential Information; and

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Public Areas means (1) public parks, playgrounds, trails, paths and other recreational areas; (2) other public open spaces; (3) scenic and historic sites; and (4) sites for schools and other public buildings and structures.

  • Relevant market area means as follows:

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
