Marine Business definition

Marine Business means the marine seismic data acquisition business of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries and of any other company that is a direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Eagle.
Marine Business has the meaning assigned to such term in the Master Formation Agreement.
