Marijuana Code definition

Marijuana Code means the Colorado Marijuana Code found at sections 44-10-101 et seq., C.R.S.
Marijuana Code means collectively, as applicable, Sections 14 and 16 of Article XVIII of the Colorado Constitution, the Colorado Marijuana Code, §§ 00-00-000, et seq., C.R.S., together with §§475B et. al of the Oregon Revised Statues, as the same may be supplemented or amended from time to time, together with the regulations promulgated thereunder, and all applicable local Laws and regulations thereto promulgated by a Governmental Authority.
Marijuana Code means the Colorado Marijuana Code found at Sections 44-10-101 et seq., Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.).

  • Applicant will comply with the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code and any applicable state and local laws pertaining to retail marijuana, including the sale of marijuana to any person under the age of twenty-one (21).

  • Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives.   • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.

  • Medical marijuana means marijuana that is grown, processed, dispensed, tested, possessed, or used for a medical purpose.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • School of cosmetology means an establishment operated for the purpose of teaching cosmetology.

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Public health authority means an agency or authority of the United States, a state, a territory, a political subdivision of a state or territory, an Indian tribe, or a foreign government, or a person or entity acting under a grant of authority from or contract with such public agency, including the employees or agents of such public agency or its contractors or persons or entities to whom it has granted authority, that is responsible for public health matters as part of its official mandate.
