Margined Transaction definition

Margined Transaction means any Transaction liable to Margin;
Margined Transaction means any Transaction entered into by you with us from time to time and subject to our Margin requirements.

  • You must satisfy any and all Margin Requirements immediately as a condition to opening the relevant Margined Transaction and we may decline to open any Margined Transaction if you do not have sufficient funds in your Account to satisfy the Margin Requirement for that Transaction at the time the relevant Order is placed.
