Marginal Rate. The maximum marginal effective tax rate (federal and state) for an individual residing in the State of California.
Marginal Rate means, with respect to any Term Loan Bank, the maximum incremental percentage federal tax rate (expressed as a decimal) applicable to the taxable income of such Term Loan Bank.
Marginal Rate is the highest net effective income tax rate (expressed as a fraction or decimal) payable on income by a resident of Suffolk County, New York State, on his or her taxable income for calendar year 2006 or 2007, as the case may be.

  • Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:
