Margin Trading Account definition

Margin Trading Account means the Account which CGS-CIMB has designated as the account through which the Margin Financing Facility is made available to the Client;
Margin Trading Account means an account for trading operations in CFDs, currencies and other financial instruments without physical delivery, opened in the name of the Client and maintained by the Service in accordance with this Agreement. "Initial margin" - necessary funds in the Client's Account to open a position, for each instrument is specified in the Contract Specifications section on the Company's website. "Necessary margin" - necessary funds in the Client's Account to maintain open positions, for each instrument is specified in the Contract Specifications on the Company's website. "Non-market quote" - an incorrect quote that meets each of the following conditions:
Margin Trading Account means a special account owned by the Company and used thereby to secure performance of the Counterparty’s obligations under the present Agreement and maintain the Counterparty’s positions for transactions stipulated hereby.

  • Client may close / terminate the Margin Trading Account at any time after paying the dues.

More Definitions of Margin Trading Account

Margin Trading Account means the Client’s account with the Com- pany identified with the applicable UAE clearing system through which securities are traded on Margin. • Market means securities and commodities exchanges licensed to operate in the UAE by the Authority. • Regulations mean the Authority’s Board of Directors Resolution No. (25/R) of 2008 concerning Margin Trading (as amended from time to time).
Margin Trading Account means such non-discretionary account(s) as Wing Xxxx shall at the request of the Client and at Wing Xxxx’x discretion allow the Client to open with Wing Xxxx and designated by the name(s) of the Client and number(s) for the purpose of Spot Transactions;
Margin Trading Account means a notional Australian dollar account deemed to be opened in the books of BNP Paribas, London branch in accordance with each Credit Default Swap Agreement and in respect of which amounts may be deemed to be credited or debited from time to time in accordance with the relevant Credit Default Swap Agreement following an Adjustment.

Related to Margin Trading Account

  • Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).

  • Clearing Account Agreement means that certain agreement relating to clearing account services by and among Mortgage Borrower, Lender and Clearing Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, relating to the operation and maintenance of, and application of funds in, the Clearing Account.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
