Margin Loan Documentation definition

Margin Loan Documentation means the margin loan agreement by and among Bank of Montreal, as Administrative Agent and Calculation Agent, the Investor and the lenders party thereto dated ·, 2019 and the agreements and documents ancillary thereto;
