Examples of Margin Balance in a sentence
Interest on Cash Margin Balance shall accrue daily at the rate per annum equal to the overnight rate described on Bloomberg page FEDL01 and shall be deemed to form part of the Cash Margin Balance at the close of business on each Business Day.
Except for filings completed prior to the Closing Date and as contemplated hereby and by the Security Documents, no filing or other action will be necessary to perfect such Liens in the Collateral or in the Margin Balance.
