Margin Accounts definition

Margin Accounts means, collectively, all Commodity Accounts and all Commodity Contracts.

More Definitions of Margin Accounts

Margin Accounts means the margin securities trading accounts(s) which the Client established with Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) pursuant hereto to govern the purchase and sale of securities effected by Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) as agent on behalf of the Client and in respect of which Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong) provides the Client with the Credit Facilities.
Margin Accounts means the Account(s) through which Margin Facility is made available; and “Secured Indebtedness” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 7.1 of this Section.
