LMM’s MAOP for a given facility may be revised from time to time by LMM in its sole discretion.
Gas to be delivered to MEP at the Receipt Point(s) shall be at the pressure prevailing on MEP’s System at that point, but shall not in excess of the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) stated for each Receipt Point in MEP’s Catalog of Points.
Enbridge may change the MAOP from time to time and Enbridge shall provide to Shipper six (6) months’ notice of such change in accordance with the provisions of Article XVIII 2(c) of the M13 General Terms & Conditions.
