Manufacturing Procedures definition

Manufacturing Procedures means the activities, processes, procedures and instructions provided to Laureate by Cytogen pursuant to paragraph 6(a) hereof and to be utilized by Laureate in the production of CYT-351, Filled ProstaScint Product and Filled Sodium Acetate Product.
Manufacturing Procedures means (i) the CytRx manufacturing procedures used to make the Copolymer and (ii) the form of master batch record for the Copolymer.
Manufacturing Procedures means the precise, written records of the Manufacturing Process for the Intermediate(s) and Product(s), mutually developed and agreed to by the Parties and which may be modified from time to time as agreed to in writing by the Parties.

More Definitions of Manufacturing Procedures

Manufacturing Procedures means those manufacturing, testing and packaging processes, procedures and specifications relating to the Product as determined from time to time by JDSU and communicated in writing to Supplier, including without limitation those described in the applicable Product Schedule.
Manufacturing Procedures means those manufacturing, testing and packaging processes, procedures and specifications relating to each Product as determined from time to time by Hypercom and agreed to in writing with Venture, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Manufacturing Procedures means the proprietary good manufacturing practices procedures of ACT relating to the manufacture of Devices. As used throughout this Agreement, Manufacturing Procedures shall mean the then most current procedures and other information relating to the manufacture of Devices.

Manufacturing Procedures means the formal set of instructions for Manufacture of Product.
Manufacturing Procedures means the AYTU approved manufacturing instructions and other related requirements for manufacturing to be followed by Biovest for a particular Project, as the same may be amended from time to time and approved by AYTU.
