Manufacturing Plant definition

Manufacturing Plant means the manufacturing plant owned and operated by Producer located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxx., Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx as indicated on the one line diagram included as Exhibit A.
Manufacturing Plant means the real and personal property owned or leased by a manufacturer which is assembled and used at a fixed location to perform activities defined as manufacturing.
Manufacturing Plant means an establishment primarily engaged in the fabricating, processing, finishing, refinishing or assembly or similar production of various articles and commodities such as custom workshops, factories, mills, industrial shops and production facilities, or other similar uses.
