Manufacturing Plan definition

Manufacturing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Manufacturing Plan means the manufacturing plan as agreed by the Parties periodically.
Manufacturing Plan means a manufacturing plan set forth in the Operating Plan, as described more particularly in Section 11.6(A)(1) of this Agreement.

Examples of Manufacturing Plan in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall produce and deliver a Manufacturing Plan, fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the first PRR.

More Definitions of Manufacturing Plan

Manufacturing Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(b)(i).
Manufacturing Plan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.5 of the Supply Agreement.
Manufacturing Plan means the plan for establishing Manufacturing and the Manufacturing facilities, as well as the Manufacturing obligations of each Party, in respect of the Candidates and Products, as such plan may be updated and modified from time to time with the unanimous consent of the JSC, and which initial plan for the first [***] of this Agreement is to be agreed between the Parties in accordance with Section 2.2.
Manufacturing Plan means, subject to 4.1.3, with respect to each Licensed Product, the written plan for the manufacture of such Licensed Product in the Territory prepared by the JDC or the JMC which shall include, without limitation, expected manufacturing scale-up, formulation, and filling activities to be conducted for each Licensed Product as well as a budget and proposed timelines for such activities, as such plan may be amended or updated.

Manufacturing Plan means (a) the annual plan for (i) CMC activities (including, without limitation, formulation, analytical and process development, and scale-up, stability, packaging and shipping studies) with respect to Compound and Products in the Field and (ii) the manufacture of Compound and Products in the Field and (b) any amendment or modification to such plan, which plan (other than such plan agreed as of the Effective Date) is drafted by the Manufacturing Coordinators and approved by the JSC during the term of the Services Agreement.
Manufacturing Plan means the component of a Product Plan that sets forth a detailed plan for the manufacturing of a Collaboration Product as set forth in Section 5.2(a) hereof.
