Manufacturing Facilities definition

Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

More Definitions of Manufacturing Facilities

Manufacturing Facilities means the manufacturing facilities owned or operated by the Steering Business located at Saginaw, Michigan; Queretaro, Mexico; Xxxxxx, Mexico; Sabinas Xxxxxxx, Mexico; Somerton, Australia; Bangalore, India; Suzhou, China; Porto Alegre, Brazil; Gliwice, Poland; Gurgaon, India; and Tychy, Poland and the French Plant.
Manufacturing Facilities means the production plants used by any Operating Party hereto to manufacture, supply or Finish the Licensed Products, or any portion, component or derivatives of the Licensed Products, for sale in the Territory in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Manufacturing Facilities means the facilities utilized in the Manufacture of the PRODUCT as per Annex 5.
Manufacturing Facilities means the manufacturing facilities of the Business located on the Owned Real Property in South Haven, Michigan and Tyrone, Pennsylvania.
Manufacturing Facilities means, with respect to any Parent’s Group, all facilities included in the Manufacturing Assets of such Group.
