Manufacturing Certificate definition

Manufacturing Certificate. – means a certificate that is issued by the Minister of Natural Resources under paragraph 7(1) (c) of the Explosives Act and authorizes an activity referred to in Section 107 at a workplace under the Regulations.
Manufacturing Certificate means a certificate that authorizes the manufacture and storage of the type of industrial explosive to be acquired or manufactured.

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Closing Certificate means the closing certificate of the Company in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
