Manufacturing Capacity definition

Manufacturing Capacity means the total amount of output capacity of the net-zero technologies produced in a manufacturing project. If the manufacturing project does not produce final products but specific components or specific machinery primarily used for the production of such products, then manufacturing capacity refers to output capacity of the final product that would use such components or specific machinery to be produced.
Manufacturing Capacity means MSX’s capacity to manufacture products (including, without limitation, the Products) using tooling and machines which are in some way used in the manufacture of the Products.
Manufacturing Capacity means the Electrolyser Manufacturing capacity of the infrastructure proposed by the Bidder, measured in MW, and shall refer to the capacity committed by the Bidder in Format 7.1 of the RfS or the capacity finally awarded by SECI, whichever is lower.

More Definitions of Manufacturing Capacity

Manufacturing Capacity means, for each Process Node at the Inotera Fab for any particular period of time, the maximum number of Conforming Wafers that can be manufactured through Probe Testing and delivered to the Purchaser utilizing such Process Node at the Inotera Fab during such period of time, assuming Inotera only manufactured Conforming Wafers during such period of time.
