Manifestation Determination definition

Manifestation Determination means a review of the relationship between the student's disability and the behavior subject to disciplinary action that is conducted by the Committee on Special Education (CSE) of the student's home school district.
Manifestation Determination means the process by which the IEP team determines whether the behavior that violated a student code of conduct is a manifestation of a student’s disability pursuant to 34 CFR 300.530(e).
