Mandatory Requirement definition

Mandatory Requirement means a condition set out in the specifications/statement of work that must be met without exception.
Mandatory Requirement means the requirement for any approval but does not include matters within the discretion of an agency;

More Definitions of Mandatory Requirement

Mandatory Requirement means Part 1 of the IPSAS financial statement that must be disclosed;
