Mandatory Prepayment definition

Mandatory Prepayment is defined in Section 2.4(a).

Mandatory Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

Mandatory Prepayment means a mandatory prepayment of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to its terms. In the case of each 2022 Series Mortgage Loan, the Mandatory Prepayment shall be in the amount shown in Exhibit B attached to this Supplemental Resolution.
