Mandate Agreement definition

Mandate Agreement means the mandate agreement entered into, on or about the date hereof between the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Guarantor.
Mandate Agreement means this agreement, together with any annexures thereto.
Mandate Agreement means the mandate agreement entered into on or about the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Representative of the Noteholders, as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions therein contained and including any agreement or other document expressed to be supplemental thereto.

  • Agent’s Commission will be payable by the Contractor to the Agent, in accordance with the Mandate Agreement concluded between the Seller the Contractor and the Agent, with the First Payment Instalment received.

  • The Seller shall pay the brokerage due in relation to this transaction to the Agent in accordance with the provisions of the Mandate Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Agent.
