Manager of Purchasing definition

Manager of Purchasing means Manager, Purchasing & Assets or Desgnate who is responsible for the management of the Municipality’s centralized procurement function and is hereby authorized to act as an agent in all such matters under the authority of the Policy.
Manager of Purchasing means the Manager of Purchasing & Risk Management or Designate under the authority of this Policy.
Manager of Purchasing means the employee who is responsible for the Purchasing and Risk Management Division.
