Manager of Parks Services definition

Manager of Parks Services means the District’s Manager of Parks Services or such other person as may be appointed to act in the place of the Manager of Parks Services from time to time;
Manager of Parks Services means the person appointed by the City as Manager of Parks Services and any duly authorized delegate of the Manager of Parks Services.

  • If a contravention of this Bylaw occurs in a location where excavation, construction or other development is occurring, the Manager of Parks Services, a Bylaw Officer, or any other person authorized by a resolution of Council may place a “Stop Work Order” on the property halting all work associated with tree cutting or tree damaging activities until the contravention is resolved to the satisfaction of the Manager of Parks Services.
