Manager Information definition

Manager Information has, with respect to any Tranche of Covered Bonds, the meaning set forth in the related Subscription Agreement;
Manager Information means information relating to a Manager furnished to the Issuer in writing by such Manager expressly for use and contained in the applicable Offering Document, it being understood and agreed that the only such information consists of the following [ ] in the applicable Offering Document.
