Management Trustee definition

Management Trustee is a Trustee who has present or former associations with the Trust’s Investment Adviser as causes such person to be an Interested Person of the Trust or its Investment Adviser.
Management Trustee has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Trust Agreement, and any successor Management Trustee appointed hereunder.
Management Trustee means the Management Trustee contemplated by the Governing Regulatory Documents.
