Management Tools means all Software that is used to deliver and manage the Services.

Management Tools means all software products and tools (and all modifications, replacements, Upgrades, enhancements, documentation, materials and media related thereto) that are used by Supplier to deliver and manage the Services. Related to Management Tools

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.
