Management Report definition

Management Report means the management report referred to in section 2:391 of the Dutch Civil Code;
Management Report means the Company’s management report as referred to in section 2:391 BW;
Management Report means that certain memorandum entitled “Material Weaknesses in Internal Control” furnished to the Borrowers by their auditors, or any similar successor report, in its entirety, as required to be delivered in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.

More Definitions of Management Report

Management Report means the management report of the Company drawn up by the Management Board, as referred to in section 2:101 of the Dutch Civil Code.
