Management Regulations definition

Management Regulations means the Management Regulations on the Procedure for the Company to Conclude Transactions with Interested Parties (Rukovodstvo o sdelkakh, v sovershenii kotorykh imeetsya zainteresovannost) to be adopted by the Board in accordance with Section 2.01(e) hereof, pursuant to Sections 11.2.19 and 11.2.22 of the Charter, as a supplement to the provisions set forth in the Charter which are applicable to the Board.
Management Regulations means the Fatigue Management Regulations determined by the National Transport Commission (NTC).

Management Regulations means the Management Regulations on the Procedures for the Issuer to Conclude Transactions with Interested Parties (polozhenie rukovodstva o poryadke zaklyuchenya sdelok v sovershenii kotorykh imeetsya zainteresovannost) adopted by the Board on June 11, 1999, pursuant to Section 10.5.10
