Management Official means General Manager, Manager, President, or Chief Executive Officer.

Management Official means any president, chief executive officer, chief operating officer, vice president, direc- tor, partner, or trustee, or any other person who performs or has a rep- resentative or nominee performing similar policymaking functions, in- cluding executive officers of principal business units or divisions or subsidi- aries who perform policymaking func- tions, for a savings association or a company, whether or not incorporated.

Management Official means an employee of the Bank, a non-employee member of the Board, a member of any advisory Board or any other service provider to the Bank.
