Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.
Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Management Employee means an employee in a position having significant responsibilities for formulating district policies or administering district programs. Management positions shall be designated by the public school employer subject to review by the Public Employment Relations Board.
Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.
Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.
Continuing education hour or “CE Hour” means based on sixty clock minutes, and includes at least fifty minutes of participation in a group or self-study learning activity that meets the criteria of the NERC Continuing Education Program.
Eligible Participants means persons who, at a particular time, are employees, officers, consultants, or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries;
Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.
Excluded Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2.
Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.
Eligible Employees means each employee of the Company or an Affiliate.
Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program
Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Former Employees means a former member of management of Icahn Enterprises (or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors)), other than the Principal, who voluntarily or upon any other termination is no longer employed by any of Icahn Enterprises or any of its Subsidiaries (including any Guarantors) and who holds Equity Interests that are required to be redeemed or purchased pursuant to any contractual requirements upon such termination of employment.
Supervisory employee means an employee, regardless of job description, having authority in the interest of the employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or the responsibility to assign work to and direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively recommend that action, if, in connection with the foregoing functions, the exercise of that authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.
Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Covered Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(a).
