Management Investors definition

Management Investors means the officers, directors, managers, employees and members of management of the Borrower, any Parent Company and/or any subsidiary of the Borrower (including, on the Closing Date, those of the Target and its subsidiaries).

Management Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.

Management Investors means the former, current or future officers, directors, employees and managers (and Controlled Investment Affiliates and Immediate Family Members of the foregoing) of Holdings, any Restricted Subsidiary or any Parent Entity who are or become direct or indirect investors in Holdings, any Parent Entity or any Equityholding Vehicle, including any such officers, directors, employees and managers owning through an Equityholding Vehicle.
