Management Incentive Fee definition

Management Incentive Fee means an amount calculated as a percentage of Base NPI Net Proceeds as determined from the following table: • 2.0% of Base NPI Net Proceeds of up to an including $25 million, plus • 1.75% of Base NPI Net Proceeds in excess of $25 million and up to and including $50 million, plus • 1.0% of Base NPI Net Proceeds in excess of $50 million.
Management Incentive Fee means the fee described in Section 6.12(e).
Management Incentive Fee has the meaning provided in the Management Agreement.

Examples of Management Incentive Fee in a sentence

  • Award of a Management Incentive Fee is not guaranteed in any year and it may be suspended at any time in its entirety or for any year in the discretion of the Board based upon the Company’s financial performance, liquidity position and/or otherwise to comply with certain lender requirements.

More Definitions of Management Incentive Fee

Management Incentive Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 3.9.
