Management Grievance definition

Management Grievance is defined as a claim by the Employer that the Union, or one of its Representatives or Stewards, has acted in a manner that is not in accordance with this Collective Agreement. A management grievance may be submitted at Step 2 and applicable amendments to the language of Step 2 shall be deemed to have been made.
