Management Funds definition

Management Funds means all moneys held by the Manager under this Deed including payments on account of Monthly Management Fees, Advance Payments, Management Fees Deposits, Common Utilities Deposits, Debris Removal Charges and the Special Fund;

Management Funds means the monthly contributions by the Owners and all monies received, recovered or held by the Manager pursuant to this Deed for the daily management of the Estate other than the Special Fund. Related to Management Funds

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • Management Accounts means the unaudited management accounts of the Group, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement for the period from the Balance Sheet Date to, and as at, 30 September 2014 as set out in the Disclosure Documents;

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;
