Management Fee Subordination Agreement definition

Management Fee Subordination Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Management Fee Subordination Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Sponsor and Agent and acknowledged by the Borrower.

Management Fee Subordination Agreement means that certain Management Fees Subordination Agreement among Agent, the managers and Borrowers executed in connection herewith, as the same may be amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time.

• Subordinate the payment of management fees with respect to each Facility pursuant to the terms of all Management Fee Subordination Agreement (as the same may be modified from time to time) by and among any of the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Management Company.
