Management Expenses definition

Management Expenses means the costs, charges and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred or to be incurred for the management and maintenance of the Land and the Building and the Common Areas and Facilities therein to be borne by the Owners including the remuneration of the Manager as provided in this Deed;
Management Expenses means the Management Expenses more particularly described in Clause 10.1;
Management Expenses means expenses incurred in the administration of an insurer which are not commission payable and, in the case of general insurance business, are not incurred in claims paid, claims outstanding, expenses for settling claims and expenses for settling claims outstanding;

More Definitions of Management Expenses

Management Expenses means collectively the Estate Management Expenses, the Residential Management Expenses and (upon execution of a Sub-Deed in respect of the Commercial Development) the Commercial Management Expenses.
Management Expenses means the expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Estate;
Management Expenses means expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Development provided in this Deed which, except for the purpose of Clause 4.3 of Section IV of this Deed, shall include the Manager’s Remuneration;

Management Expenses means the aggregate out-of-pocket property management expenses in connection with the Building, which shall be settled by the management fees (as referred to in Clauses 4.7(a)(iv) and 4.7(b)) (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, Capital Expenditure which shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions in Clause 4.6). For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include only the costs of building management site staff for daily operation in the Building, insurance costs (other than Property Insurance (as defined in Clause 4.7(a)(ii))), other out-of- pocket repair and maintenance costs exclusively for the Building, but shall exclude any expenses or fees incurred by KWHK in any sub-contracting or delegating arrangement for any of the services specified in this Agreement.
Management Expenses. The costs, charges and expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management and maintenance of the Land and the Estate as more particularly provided in Clause 6.4.1 hereof.
Management Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(a).
