Management Date definition

Management Date means a date prior to the Closing Date that the Company and the Subsidiary enter into a Management Operating Agreement; provided, however, if the Company and Subsidiary fail to enter into a Management Operating Agreement, the Management Date shall be the Closing Date.

Related to Management Date
