Management Area definition

Management Area means the land and waters to which this Act applies by operation of section 4, and includes any land the subject of an agreement under section 11(1)(a);
Management Area means the area within the boundaries of a Member or group of Members to be managed by that Member or group of Members under any GSP adopted by the Authority.
Management Area means a park preserve or park zone, which is designated as being controlled by the Department of Parks & Recreation.

More Definitions of Management Area

Management Area means the areas delineated in the GSP for which Members and Affiliated Parties will have initial authority and responsibility for groundwater management in accordance with SGMA.
