Managed Funds definition

Managed Funds means units in a pooled arrangement or managed fund, which achieve essentially the same ultimate exposure as would have been achieved by directly held securities.

Managed Funds means the shares of common stock of the Company issued and outstanding multiplied by the price at which such shares are issued, and including any borrowed funds. The Managed Funds shall be computed in accordance with any applicable policies and determinations of the Board.

Managed Funds means the Huntington Funds, the Huntington VA Funds, and any other investment funds, including common or collective funds, that are managed, advised, or sub-advised by the Huntington National Bank, but does not include any money market funds.

More Definitions of Managed Funds
